We're always told that for almost every word in the english language to be a real word, there needs to be a vowel.

I hated being 20...life is harsher then as you realise that not all is rosie...especially with family! You finally see your family members as who they really are-human beings- crappy mean spiteful loving caring....no longer sitting 'up there' but now equal to you.

With Friends its even worse you love them and loathe them...they use you more than you want them too..you see different strains of adulthood emerging from them, some come out like butterflies others come out Flaccid moths.


Face your fears its scares the shit of them...do it one step at a time rather tahn trying to solve the whole puzzle of the past in one sitting. I am guilty of doing that like it has to be fixed now...or else my head will pop my heart will explode and my bladder burst(yeh ok i have to pee ).

Remember you are in control...even when you feel out of control your still in control of that too LOL. Sometimes its easier to take one hour at a time rather than one day...just take time to breathe...lie down stretch out and close your eyes...think of nothing and let it swallow you up for a minute or two...

i don't know exactly what you're going through, but i've been through some rough family issues myself in the past. all i can say is just hang in there and know that your life won't always be this situation... you can get through it and things will eventually be different (though it's hard to imagine when you're there). at the worst of times art has saved me (quite literally when i was very depressed). don't lose yourself or your art. take time to take care of you, use art for its cathartic effect... and remember to b r e a t h e

Its just a pregnant stage in our life. Baby is mature(self-controlled), sophisticated and cool personality.
